Hubby and I just sold off our new house which we bought less than two years. We were so lucky to get the buyer even though we lost a few thousands for that house. If I were to know about real estate flipping earlier, I might have earned some profit including costs from reselling the house instead. Actually this tactic is not so simple as what we think. It depends a lot on the right properties to flip and a hot real estate market with high buyer demand.
