Roti Canai Goes Well With Sugar

Really missing those life sitting at the mamak stalls, chit-chatting with unimates while enjoying my supper of roti canai and a cup of teh tarik! That is how I gained my fat tyre during my uni life, but I wasn't regret at all! Those were my most happy days in life.......

As usual, I was hunting for food after my Wei's music class last night. We passed by Salam Corner in Greentown. Wei pointed at the shop and demanded me to pull up. I got it and I then parked my car at the roadside. She has not been tasting roti canai for nearly a year!

Plain roti canai with sugar

See how delicious it is! My baby nearly gobbled up the whole plate together! Actually she just loves the sugar.......:P

Roti Bon ~ my favourite!

This kuah is lovely!!

Of course, a glass of Teh Tarik is a MUST if want to enjoy roti canai ! This is so called 'Mamak meal'!

In Malaysia roti canai is served 24 hours for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a favorite midnight snack. Around the world, roti canai is a popular appetizer on menus in Malaysian restaurants. It can be served with Malaysian Chicken Curry, Chicken Kapitan, Mutton Kurma or Lamb Cashew Korma. For those who would like to know how roti canai is made, I have this recipe for you too! Enjoy....... :)

Well!!! This is the classic way of eating roti Canai. Even today I am in China if I oven a frozen roti canai, my family still eat the same way! Just wonderful!
