This was the place, Dulang Coffee House where I had hi-tea with my mum and kids. The buffet starts from 3:15pm - 6pm every Friday till Sunday. The food is nice and the place was crowded when we arrived at 3:45pm. I found mostly Malays there.

It must have been decade ago when I last dine in Hotel Excelsior...Anyway, your entry bring back my memory. May I know how much it cost person now for the hight Tea??

*pai seh* Never eat in Excelsior before... went to the lounge above once (college time) and was shock when they charge us RM9.50 for orange juice! Hahaha! Such precious memory.
Sure Coketai, it's RM18 per adult and RM15 per children, including tax.
