I went there during the CNY, that's why photos were taken with New Year decorations. This restaurant has a collection of Chinese antique and a rack full of wines. If you feel like serving your food with a taste red wine, you can always ask for a bottle on any year that you prefer, of course you have to pay la! To grab this opportunity, I'm going to recommend some of my favourite dish to you all.....
Top ~ Fried 'Mantis Prawn' with fresh milk
Right ~ Indonesian style curry fish
Bottom ~ Home-made toufu with minced meat and mushrooms
Left ~ 'Kelabu' (mango and cucumber slices, cashew nuts and dried 'sotong') in yam bowl
Right ~ Half Teriyaki chicken; half steam chicken
There are some other delicious dish like salt-egg chicken and fried brinjals. We came out with RM276 for the dinner. It was quite expensive, maybe it was because CNY season. So, if you all happen to visit Ipoh on food excursion, do let me know. Maybe I can lead you the way. Why not?!
